to make a booking?
We request that you book the Maxima through our charter agency
Rederij Vooruit.
Reservations can be made by telephone, written request, fax
or e-mail. They will send you the necessary contracts, as soon
as you have signed both of them and have send one back then
your reservation has become a definite booking. Three weeks
before your departure youw will receive the latest travelling
info from Rederij Vooruit. |

Length
of the trips
This varies from one day to several weeks and is to be decided
when consulting the agency. The arrival and departure times
are as follows: Day trip: from 09:00 till 17:30 hours. Weekend:
from Friday 20:00 till Sunday 17:00 hours. Week: from Saterday
12:00 till Friday 16:00 or Monday 12:00 till Sunday 16:00 hours.
Midweek: from Monday 10:00 till Friday 16:00 hours. |
What
happens if you have to cancel your trip?
When cancelling your trip Rederij Vooruit will charge you a
percentage of the total cost of the trip:
After the booking: 15% Between 5 - 6 months in advance: 20%
Between 4 - 5 months in advance: 30% Between 3 - 4 months in
advance: 40% Between 2 - 3 months in advance: 50% Between 1
- 2 months in advance: 75% Between 1 day and 1 month in advance:
90% By departure: 100%
When cancelling catering and or other services: After booking:
15% Between 1 week and 1 month: 30% Between 1 day and 1 week:
100% By departure: 100% |
What
about insurance?
All vessels that sail for Rederij Vooruit are all risk insured.
The skipper and or boat owner is WA insured. In some cases it
is recommended to get yourself a travel - storm and cancelling
insurance. A brochure with the exact details can be send to
you if you should request it. |
What
to bring?
Sleeping bag (You can also rent a cover but please let us know
in advance)
Warm clothes, rain clothes and swimming clothes.
Anti slip shoes (e.g. sport shoes)
Rubber boots
Toiletries
Towels
